Nothing. The Starter package is free forever and gives you full catalogue access, a dashboard and a wallet. Paid packages simply increase your margin uplift and support level.

Do I need to buy or hold any stock?

No. Every item is held in our warehouse. You sell, we pick, pack and dispatch directly to your customer under your store name.

How and when do I get paid?

Your margin lands in your GearHub wallet the moment an order is marked delivered. Request a payout from your dashboard and we pay into the bank account you registered — twice monthly on Starter, weekly on Growth and Elite.

How long does delivery take?

Two to four business days to major metros and three to six business days to outlying areas, with tracking shared with your customer automatically.

What happens if a customer returns something?

Accepted Answer

Faulty or incorrect items are returned to us at our cost within seven days and your customer is refunded in full. Change-of-mind returns follow the Refund Policy.

What is an IBO and how is it different from a partner?

Accepted Answer

An Independent Business Owner recruits and supports other partners. IBOs earn their own sales margin plus override commission on the volume their team produces.
